大数据时代图书馆总分馆建设思考

摘  要：总分馆服务体系已成为公共图书馆发展的一个重要形式。随着社会信息化飞速发展，图书馆总分馆服务体系建设也随之进入大数据时代。该文以福建省图书馆为例，重点介绍了该馆总分馆制建设工作的历程，并结合大数据新时期该馆创新尝试总分馆制建设实践，分析公共图书馆开展大数据总分馆制建设面临的难点，同时提出一些建议和思考。

Thoughts on the Construction of the General and Branch Library in the Big Data Era

Abstract： The general and branch library service system has become an important form of public library development. With the rapid development of social informatization， the construction of the service system of the main and branch libraries has also entered the era of big data. This article takes the Fujian Provincial Library as an example， focuses on the history of the construction of the library's general and branch system， and combines the practice of the library's innovative attempts to construct the general and branch system in the new era of big data， and analyzes the development of the big data general and branch system in public libraries. At the same time， the paper puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on the difficulties faced by construction.

公共图书馆总分馆制起源于西方，是欧美发达国家普遍采取的公共图书馆组织模式和运行机制。我国的公共图书馆总分馆制实践最早开始于2000年上海市开展的“上海市中心圖书馆”工程建设，由最初的个别经济发达地区的实践探索，到2010年前后全国各地图书馆行业掀起总分馆建设热潮，现如今总分馆制已经成为国内公共图书馆扩大覆盖面的重要组织形式和服务方式，是现代公共文化服务体系不可或缺的一环。

随着信息社会的高速发展，互联网、5G、云计算等技术飞速发展，大数据成为社会信息化必然产物，当代社会已进入一个大数据时代。图书馆是公共文化服务体系的一个重要组成部分，通过大数据来助力图书馆服务的转型已成为重要手段。以图书馆总分馆体系建设为例，其特有的图书馆集群化的运营和服务开展将产生大量的数据，包括读者用户、服务、用户画像、行为轨迹数据等各种维度数据，图书馆进入大数据时代。……
