新时代背景下高职学生职业素质培养体系构建与应用

摘  要：我国高职教育的重要职能是为社会培养具有良好职业道德素质的高技能人才，因而高职院校学生的素质培养尤为重要。高职院校学生职业素质培养内容应坚持正确的政治方向和价值导向，注重学生职业道德教育和职业理想、职业责任、职业能力的培养，以学生创新创业能力的养成为重要目标。为了实现素质培养的目标，素质培养的路径就尤为重要。该研究以长春职业技术学院为例探讨了新时代背景下高职学生职业素质培养路径，构建了长春职业技术学院学生职业素质培养体系，以期为同类院校的素质培养方面研究提供有价值参考。

Abstract：The important function of higher vocational education in China is to cultivate high skilled talents with good professional ethics quality for the society. So the quality training of students in higher vocational colleges is particularly important. Vocational college students' professional quality training content should adhere to the correct political direction and value orientation， pay attention to students' professional ethics education and the cultivation of professional ideal， professional responsibility and professional ability， with the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the important goal. In order to achieve the goal of quality training， the path of quality training is particularly important. Taking Changchun Vocational and Technical College as an example， this paper discusses the training path of vocational students' professional quality under the background of the new era and constructs the cultivation system of vocational quality of students in Changchun Vocational and Technical College so as to provide valuable reference for the research on quality cultivation of similar colleges.

黨的十八大以来，一系列文件相继出台强调职业教育要重视对学生职业素质的培养。教育部出台文件“高等职业教育创新发展行动计划（2015—2018）”，明确提出职业教育人才培养方案中关于职业素质培养相关要求。中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅2017年印发《关于深化教育体制机制改革的意见》，对育人机制提出要求。国务院2019年发布《国家职业教育改革方案》，对于高等职业学校应该培养什么样的人做了明确说明：培养能够服务区域经济发展高素质技术技能人才。对比麦可思近年来的调查数据，研究者发现一个共性问题：离职率在本科生高职生之间差异非常明显，高职生离职率明显偏高，表现出吃苦耐劳、团队合作、专业技术等方面欠缺，纠其根本就是职业素质相对较低。……
