临床医学专业硕士学位课程体系建设的探索与实践

[摘要] 临床医学专业硕士学位研究生“医教协同”“双轨合一”的培养模式对研究生的课程学习提出了新的要求，此背景下牡丹江医学院（以下简称为我校）全面贯彻“四位一体”的人才培养理念，对临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式进行了全面建设。在临床医学专业学位硕士研究生课程教学的建设与改革中，我校重点从培养方案的修定、课程体系的设置、实践教学、学分互认等方面进行践行与探索，在此过程中发现了一些问题，同时也取得了很好的成效。

[Abstract] The training model of medical and educational collaboration and dual-track integration for postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine for master′s degree puts forward new requirements for graduate students′ course learning. Under this background， Mudanjiang Medical College（hereinafter referred to as our school） is fully implementing the four-in-one talent training concept and has carried out a comprehensive construction of the training model for postgraduates of clinical medicine. In the construction and reform of the teaching of master′s degree in clinical medicine， our school focused on practice and exploration from the revision of the training plan， the curriculum system′s setting， the practice teaching， and the mutual recognition of credits. In the process， we discovered some problems and achieved good results.

我国临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育经历了三次重要的变革：1998年，国务院学位委员会第十五次会议，审议通过了《关于调整医学学位类型和设置医学专业学位的几点意见》，意见中增设了医学专业学位[1];2014年教育部、卫生计生委等六部委按照李克强总理、刘延东副总理的重要批示，形成了《关于医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的意见》，意见以“服务需求，提高质量”为主线，以实施医教协同为重要举措，构建中国特色的规范化、标准化医学专门人才培养体系，拉开了我国医学人才培养改革的大幕，该文件指出“自2015年起所有新招收的临床医学硕士专业学位研究生，同时也是参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师”，要求“四证合一”的临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养正是将医疗与教学衔接工作的产物之一[2];同年，国务院学位委员会制定并印发了《临床医学硕士专业学位研究生指导性培养方案》[3]。……
