浅析汽车行业认证类型的发展及关系

摘 要：分析了汽车行业质量管理体系认证和强制性产品认证的传承特点及相互间发展关系，讨论了过程控制与质量管理体系认证和强制性产品认证的内在联系，在考虑汽车行业特殊要求的基础上提出未来过程认证的应用前景。

Research on the Development and Relationship of Certification in Automobile Industry

Abstract：The article analyzes the inheritance characteristics， differences and relations between quality management system certification and compulsory product certification in automobile industry， discusses the internal relationship between process control and quality management system certification and mandatory product certification， and puts forward the application prospect of process certification in the future on the basis of considering the special requirements of automobile industry.

1 序言

汽車工业带动着冶金、石化、机械、电子信息和纺织等行业，以及公路和城市交通等领域的发展，已逐渐成为衡量一个国家在科技进步、社会经济发展的支柱产业。中国作为全球经济快速发展的市场越来越受到国际汽车巨头的高度重视。加上已经形成的经济全球化的发展趋势，更多的汽车跨国集团的整车厂在中国落户，伴随着一个个整车厂的到来，大批的配套厂商也相继来到中国。为了立足发展国内汽车供方能力，需要加强质量管理并对自身管理水平进行检验证明，获得为整车厂配套资格的必经之路。

经过多年的发展，中国汽车供方的质量体系已经有了很大的提高，从ISO 9000认证到QS 9000认证再到VDA 6.1认证，从ISO/TS 16949认证，到IATF 16949，再到针对某个具体过程控制的过程认证，通过一步步的认证体系提升，使得中国汽车供方的质量管理体系得到了不断完善，质量管理水平得到了有效的进步，持续提高了车企的综合竞争力[1]。

除了我们所熟知的质量管理体系认证体系以外，汽车行业中，产品认证制度是另一种更加关注产品自身合法合规性方面的管理制度，现阶段我国的产品制度分为两种，一种是中国特有的公告制度，是一种准入制度，另一种是中国强制性产品认证制度，简称CCC认证。……
