日本一流高校图书馆文化遗产特色馆藏建设与服务研究

摘 要 根据泰晤士网2019年公布的日本大学排行榜，论文选择前20所高校，从馆藏构成、资源建设及公开展示与推介等三个方面，对日本一流高校图书馆文化遗产特色馆藏建设与服务情况进行分析和总结，并结合当前我国高校图书馆特色馆藏建设现状提出相应改进策略，以期为我国高校建设一流图书馆提供参考。

Abstract Based on Japanese University Rankings released by The Times in 2019， the top 20 universities were chosen as research objects. From three aspects of the composition， resource construction， public display and promotion of characteristic collections of cultural heritages in the libraries， the construction and service of characteristic collections of cultural heritages in libraries of first-class universities in Japan were analyzed and summarized. Lastly， in view of the current state of characteristic collections of cultural heritages in libraries of universities in China， corresponding suggestions were proposed， with a view to providing reference for the construction of first-class libraries in Chinese universities.

0 引言

2017年8月，IFLA發布《保护文化遗产国际图联指南》，明确了图书馆在保存和保护人类文化遗产领域的核心职能[1]。文化遗产类特色馆藏作为高校图书馆重要的馆藏资源，是其开展文化遗产保护和传承的原始载体，具有地域性、独特性及稀缺性等诸多特性。鉴于文化遗产类特色馆藏在高校师生科学研究及参与地方文化遗产保护方面所具有的特殊地位和作用，日本高校图书馆一直以来就十分重视对相关资源的建设工作，并结合文化遗产类特色馆藏开展了一系列服务举措，积累了丰富的实践经验。

本文根据泰晤士网2019年公布的日本大学排行榜，选择前20所日本一流高校的图书馆作为研究对象（详见表1），采用网络调查和资料搜集相结合的方法，通过访问这20所日本一流高校图书馆主页，结合相关文献资料，对日本一流高校图书馆文化遗产类特色馆藏建设与服务进行了分析和总结。
