基于新媒体时代城镇初中班级管理的对策浅析

【摘    要】初中是学生学习生涯的重要阶段，也是学生能力提升、思维发展、价值观形成的关键时期，因此，这个阶段的引导尤为重要。在学生的成长过程中，离不开学校的管理和引导，而学校教育中，又以班级管理为最小单元。本文以城镇初中为研究对象，分析了新媒体时代给班级管理带来的影响，希望能够为初中生未来发展奠定良好的基础。

Analysis of the Countermeasures for the Management of Junior Middle School Classes in Towns Based on the New Media Era

【Abstract】Junior high school is an important stage of students' learning career， and it is also a critical period for students' ability improvement， thinking development， and value formation. Therefore， guidance at this stage is particularly important. In the process of students' growth， they cannot do without school management and guidance， and in school education， class management is the smallest unit. This article takes urban junior high schools as the research object and analyzes the impact of the new media era on class management， hoping to lay a good foundation for the future development of junior high school students.

一、新媒體时代对班级管理的影响

从班级管理角度而言，教师对班级的管理比较容易，学生将教师当成信息获取的一种途径，对教师的依赖程度、信任程度都较高，教师班级管理中的关注点更多集中在对学生学业的督促方面，班级管理内容相对固定。

随着信息技术的发展，互联网逐渐占据了人们生活中的大部分时间，甚至已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分，在网络信息化的带动下，信息传播的方式呈现出了多样化发展趋势。在数字技术、网络技术、移动技术等现代化技术的共同作用下，电脑、手机等移动终端的普及化，让传统的纸质媒介逐渐退出了人们的生活，取而代之的是依托各类移动终端向人们传播信息。信息传播途径的根本性转变让人们意识到了传统媒体时代的辉煌不在，新媒体逐渐占领了时代的舞台。
