河北省大众冰雪运动开展现状调查研究

摘  要：在党的领导下、习近平总书记的关怀下、全国人民的支持下，以及全体冬奥工作人员共同付出下，北京和张家口最终获得2022年冬奥会的举办权，河北也成为冰雪运动的分会场。河北省将打上冰雪运动的烙印，同时冰雪运动在河北省具有群众基础，张家口的冬季往往有5～6个月，为大众冰雪运动打下坚实基础。该文以河北省大众冰雪运动的发展现状为依据，详细分析大众冰雪运动在河北省的发展潜力，针对尖锐问题提出相应的对策。

Investigation on the Current Situation of Mass Ice and Snow Sports in Hebei Province

Abstract： Under the leadership of the party， under the care of general secretary Xi Jinping and with the support of the whole nation， all the efforts Winter Olympic staff paid together， Beijing and Zhangjiakou finally won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Games. Hebei has also become the venue for the ice and snow sports. Hebei province will bear the brand of ice and snow sports. At the same time， ice and snow sports have a mass base in Hebei province. Zhangjiakou usually has five or six months in winter， laying a solid foundation for mass ice and snow sports. Based on the current situation of the development of mass ice and snow sports in Hebei province， this paper analyzes the development potential of mass ice and snow sports in Hebei province in detail and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the sharp problems so as to complete this article.

伴隨我国经济水平的提高，人民群众的生活水平、生活质量得到提高，大众冰雪运动逐渐受到人们的关注，我国的体育人口呈现增长趋势，目前我国将从体育大国过渡到体育强国。冬奥会是河北省大众冰雪事业千古一时的发展机遇，这些国家层面的专业化比赛项目为大众冰雪运动的发展具有跨时代作用。冰雪运动在世界体育中占据重要位置，同时成为河北居民冬季主要的群众性、竞技性体育运动。因此，对于我国的大众冰雪运动工作，需要将适合时代发展的理念作为指导思想，以满足近年来人民日益增长的需求。

1  河北省大众冰雪运动的现状

河北省冰雪事业需要将发展大众冰雪作为首要任务，2022年的冬奥会推动了河北省冰雪竞技类运动和大众冰雪体育的跨时代发展。……
