摘 要:创新及应用型人才是当前社会迫切需求的新型人才,各大高校的培养创新及实践应用型人才体系及培养机制还不够完善,而构建材料科学与工程专业大学生创新科研与实践平台符合国家政策及社会需求。通过硬件平台建设和软件平台建设构建材料学科大学生创新科研与实践平台,近两年来取得了不错的成效,为其他高校的创新及实践教育体系提供了较好的思路。

Construction of Innovative Scientific Research and Practical Teaching Platform for Undergraduate
—— Taking the Material Science and Engineering Major of Xichang University as an Example

Abstract: Innovative and applied talents are the new talents urgently needed by the current society. The training system and mechanism of innovative and practical applied talents in universities are not perfect, and the construction of innovative scientific research and practice platform for material science and engineering major students conforms to the national policy and social needs. Through the construction of hardware platform and software platform, the innovative scientific research and practice platform of material science and engineering major students has achieved good results in the past two years, which provides a good idea for the innovative and practical education system of other universities.

1 構建材料科学与工程专业创新科研与实践教学平台的必要性
构建创新型人才培养模式,培养具有创新意识和创新能力的高素质人才,是当前高等教育的重要任务[1]。材料学科的人才必须具有创新意识与能力才符合材料的发展趋势,才能开发出新材料、新技术及新工艺。西昌学院材料科学与工程专业自2010年建立以来,为培养工科应用型人才,不断地加强实验实践课程并调整人才培养方案。但是目前高校的创新及实践培养模式还不够完善,导致培养的毕业生与社会的期望值之间存在较大的差距[2-5]。因此,材料专业大学生迫切需要更高的创新精神和科研实践能力。
2 构建创新科研与实践教学平台的主要措施
材料专业大学生创新科研与实践平台的搭建分为硬件平台如实验实践设备及基地的建设和软件平台如相关理念、文化环境和支持政策的建设。……
