互联网背景下信阳市医养结合养老模式发展现状与对策

摘  要：老年人群增加，人口老龄化问题日趋严重，对老年人的养老问题逐渐成为了社会大众讨论和关注的焦点社会问题。而随着科学技术水平和生活水平的提高，老年人对生活质量的需求也更加迫切。由于传统养老模式中存在着一些弊端，基于互联网背景下的医养结合养老模式被提出，这种模式更加契合老年人群的养老需要和健康需求。通过应用互联网+、云技术以及大数据将智慧养老模式转化为能够帮助养老服务产业进行升级和发展的关键措施。我们以信阳市为切入点，探究互联网+背景下医养结合养老模式发展的现状，并针对出现的问题提出行之有效的解决措施。

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Development of the Old-age Care Model in Xinyang City under the Background of the Internet

Abstract： With the increase of the elderly population， the problem of population aging has become more and more serious. The issue of providing care for the elderly has gradually become the focus of social discussion and attention. With the improvement of science and technology and living standards， the needs of the elderly for the quality of life have become more urgent. Due to some drawbacks in the traditional old-age care model， a combined medical care and old-age care model based on the Internet is proposed. This model is more in line with the elderly's needs and health needs. Through the application of Internet+， cloud technology and big data， the smart elderly care model is transformed into key measures that can help the elderly care service industry upgrade and develop. We started with Xinyang City， explored the current situation of the development of the integrated medical care and elderly care model under the Internet + background and proposed effective solutions to the problems that emerged.

1  互联网+医养结合模式的概念和含义

人口数量和社会现状都要求实行全新的养老模式，互联网+医养结合的养老模式即是基于社会现实被提出而来的，通过互联网应用、移动平台、物联网设备技术对老年人进行居家上门照顾、社区的集中化养老以及由专业机构进行服务等类型。通过先进的物联网技术、互联网和医疗理念对医养资源进行其中整合，针对老年人群的日常生活状态和身体健康进行数据分析，能够有针对性、时效性地为老年人群提供医疗养老服务，多数患有身体障碍的老年人群也能够受到专业的医疗呵护，能够在极大程度上提高老年人群的生活质量和幸福感[1]。……
