新时期大学师生关系的几点思考

摘 要 师生关系是发生在教学活动中的特定人际关系。目前大学师生关系问题已经成为学界关注的热点和难点。本文从校园内和校园外分析了目前大学师生关系异化的原因。并从巩固师生情感联结、切实解决学生实际问题、切实增强学生幸福感等三个方面提出了改善大学师生关系的途径。

Reflections on the Relationship between Teachers and Students in the New Era

Abstract The relationship between teachers and students is a specific interpersonal relationship in teaching activities. At present， the relationship between teachers and students in universities has become a hot and difficult issue. This paper analyzes the causes of the alienation of the relationship between teachers and students from both inside and outside the campus. It also puts forward the ways to improve the relationship between teachers and students from three aspects： consolidating the emotional connection between teachers and students， solving students' practical problems， and enhancing students' sense of happiness.

1 師生关系是发生在教学活动中的特定人际关系

师生关系的性质、状态、走向、对教学效果、师生双方满意度起到至关重要的作用。本文所涉及的师生关系特指高校师生关系。我国自古就有尊师重教的传统，例如“天地君亲师”“国将兴，必尊师而重傅;国将衰，必贱师而轻傅”等;师生关系也是老师处于绝对权威地位，这种传统和看法一直延续到1910年实用主义教育思想在国内传播，学者们渐渐发现传统师生关系正在悄悄发生改变，从传统的“一日为师，终身为父”到现在师生关系淡漠，教师社会地位下降，甚至近几年偶有师生互殴等丑闻，学者们大为堪忧，为重振师道，重构和谐师生关系进行了大量的研究。目前国内对师生关系的研究对于目前师生关系的描述主要为师生关系异化，师生关系淡漠疏离，单一化、机械化、功利化等，主要原因无外乎社会大环境、高校自己管理制度、高校教师自身原因、学生自身原因等，提出的对策和重构途径多宏观层面，可操作性不强，缺乏实践意义。……
