大数据时代高职院校财管类专业统计学课程构建

摘 要 大数据时代的悄然来临影响了社会的发展趋势，尤其对于相关学科专业对都产生了一定的影响。依靠着大数据的分析基础，统计学的发展也迎来了机遇与挑战。本文拟从理念建设、师资建设、教学内容、考核评价等几个方面探讨统计学的课程建设，以促进统计学课程的发展创新。

Construction of Statistics Course for Financial Management Majors

in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Era of Big Data

Abstract The advent of the era of big data has affected the development trend of the society， especially for related disciplines. Relying on the analysis of big data， the development of statistics also ushered in opportunities and challenges. In order to promote the development and innovation of statistics curriculum， this paper discusses the construction of statistics curriculum from the aspects of concept construction， teacher construction， teaching content， assessment and evaluation.

在大數据时代背景下，高职院校的统计学教学面临着机遇与挑战，统计学教学的应用性为统计学的核心内容，因此新时代教学要紧随时代变化，如何依托大数据基础，完成统计学课程建设，以便符合高职院校人才培养目标，将成为新的研究课题。

1 现状分析

1.1教学理念与模式

当前我国高校统计学教学中，教师往往关注课程建设的知识本位而忽略了人本位，教师是教学过程的主体，以说教形式传授知识，而学生也是沿袭高中学习方法，边听边记。整个学习过程沉闷无味，缺少课堂的灵动性。

1.2师资情况

当前的统计学教师以老教师居多，师资队伍单薄，虽然课堂教学经验丰富，理论水平高，但偏爱于传统的教学方式，知识结构单一，缺少大数据技术理论与技能，与实际生活与社会实践脱节。启示教学少，缺乏信息化手段，实践操作训练较少。

1.3教学内容方面

统计学主要包括数据收集、整理和分析，其中数据分析为统计中的核心内容，而当前教学侧重于理论教学，在理论推导和计算过程中花费大量时间，而高职学生基础知识水平较低，不擅长理论学习。……
