常用降压药物治疗高血压患者的不良反应及影响因素研究

摘要：目的：研究剖析医院常见高血压药物治疗高血压病患的不良反应及影响因素。方法：随机抽取医院2020年1月至2021年12月期内接诊的100例高血压病患作为调查对象，科学研究分析其服药的不良反应及相关影响因素。结果：调研的100例病人中，服药有规律者为28.00%，服药不规律性者为60.00%，未服用降血压药物者为12.00%。不规律服药造成的药品不良反应产生频次显著超过标准服药;恰当有效的应用降血压药比只用降压药效果显著，降低不良反应的发生率。年龄、学历、定居环境、有无并发症、有无病症、有无风险源对服药状况有一定的影响。结论：了解高血压药物的不良反应，恰当应用降压药能降低不良反应的产生;汇总其服药状况与影响因素，便于采取相应对策，提升治疗效果。

A study on adverse reactions and influencing factors of commonly used antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension

Abstract：Objective：To study and analyze the adverse reactions and influencing factors of common hypertensive drugs in hospital.Methods：100 patients with hypertension treated in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the survey objects，and their adverse reactions and related influencing factors were scientifically analyzed.Results：among the 100 patients investigated，28.00%took drugs regularly，60.00%took drugs irregularly，and 12.00%did not take antihypertensive drugs.The frequency of adverse drug reactions caused by irregular medication significantly exceeded the standard medication;Appropriate and effective use of antihypertensive drugs is more effective than only antihypertensive drugs，and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions.Age，educational background，settlement environment，disease，disease and risk source have a certain impact on the medication status.Conclusion：to understand the adverse reactions of hypertensive drugs，the appropriate application of antihypertensive drugs can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions;Summarize the medication status and influencing factors，so as to take corresponding countermeasures and improve the treatment effect.

高血壓糖尿病是医学上比较常见的一种由多种发病原因造成的持续性疾病，可造成心血管构造的改变，严重危害中老年人的身心健康[1]。现阶段，在中国患病率较高，降压药在我国运用普遍，如不科学恰当服药，会造成不良反应的产生，再加上一些高血压病患对病症的了解不足，服药不规律等，易造成病情严重，高并发其他器官病变。高血压是心血管疾病死亡的因素之一，给病人带来不利影响，甚至伤残或身亡。因此，医院对100例常见降压药治疗的病人，开展不良反应及有关影响因素的调研分析，具体指导恰当安全用药，减少不良反应的发生，供医学参照。……
