以就业为导向的职业院校计算机人才培养模式研究

摘  要 职业院校计算机专业毕业生就业质量不高，不单单是因为供求不平衡造成的，更重要的是职业院校的人才培养与企业的人才需求存在一定的脱节。通过问卷调查，了解计算机专业毕业生就业的基本情况，收集毕业生对教学工作、教学管理、就业指导等方面工作的意见和建议。基于问卷调查和企业走访，进一步指出职业院校计算机专业人才培养和市场脱节的主要原因是人才培养模式不适应职业教育发展，并提出人才培养模式的优化策略，从而提高毕业生的就业质量。

Abstract The employment difficulty of computer major graduates in vocational colleges is not only caused by the imbalance of supply and demand， but also because of the gap between the talent training in vocational colleges and the talent demand of enterprises. In this paper， through a questionnaire survey， to understand the basic situation of computer professional graduates employment， collect the graduates opinions and suggestions on teaching work， teaching management， employment guidance and so on. Based on the questionnaire survey and enterprise visit， this paper further points out that the main reason for the disconnection between the computer professional personnel training and the market in vocational colleges is that the talent trai-ning mode does not adapt to the development of vocational educa-tion， and puts forward the optimization strategy of talent training mode， so as to improve the employment quality of graduates.

0  引言

職业教育是让受教育者获得某种职业或生产劳动所需要的职业知识、技能和职业道德的教育[1]。基于对职业教育的高度重视，国家陆续出台各种鼓励政策，各地区对职业教育的支持力度逐步加大，提升就业质量成为职业教育改革与发展的目标。随着职业院校不断扩招，毕业生人数年年递增，学生就业压力越来越大。如何进一步加强职业院校人才培养，提高毕业生就业质量，是当前职业院校需要解决的现实问题。

1  职业院校计算机专业人才培养现状

随着IT行业的快速发展和职业院校招生规模的扩大，计算机专业毕业生就业存在一些问题。一方面，职业院校培养出来的计算机专业毕业生找不到满意的企业，大量的毕业生达不到企业对人才的要求；……
