基于文献中药汤剂复方治疗红斑狼疮的用药规律探讨

【摘 要】 目的：基于文獻数据挖掘中药汤剂治疗红斑狼疮的用药规律和特点，为红斑狼疮的中医临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。方法：检索2729红斑狼疮相关治疗文献，最终筛选出的72篇中医临床观察类文献，并分别查出涉及药物的药性、味、功效及归经，运用Excel、Spss 20.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1对文献数据进行统计分析。结果：统计分析发现，治疗本病的高频药物为生地黄、甘草、黄芪、牡丹皮等，累占总频次的58.32%以上，从高频药物间的关联规则中归纳出常用药对组合;药物功效以清热药为主，次为补虚药、活血化瘀药等，累占总频次的58.42%;药性以寒性为主，次为温性、平性药物，累占药性总频次的58.44%;从药味角度以甘味为最，其次是苦、辛、淡等，累占药味总频次的60.68%;药物归经以肝经为最，次为心经、脾经、胃经、肺经和肾经等，累占归经总频次的58.55%。结论：从本次文献数据研究结果来看红斑狼疮发病机理以脾肺气虚、肝肾阴虚、热毒内侵为主，临床上多选用补益脾肺、调肝益肾、滋阴清热、活血解毒之法治疗本病。此次对红斑狼疮的文献研究为临床提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。

Abstract：Objective Based on literature data mining，the rule and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of lupus erythematosus provide reference and reference for clinical treatment of lupus erythematosus.Methods Retrieving 2729 literatures related to the treatment of lupus erythematosus，72 clinical observation literatures of traditional Chinese medicine were screened out，and their medicinal properties，taste，efficacy and meridian attribution were found out respectively.The literature data were analyzed by Excel，Spss 20.0，Weka 3.8 and Cytoscape 3.6.1.Results Statistical analysis found that the high-frequency drugs for the treatment of this disease were Rehmannia root，licorice，Astragalus membranaceus，peony bark and so on，accounting for 58.32% of the total frequency.From the association rules between high-frequency drugs，the most commonly used drug pairs and drug group matching were excavated.From the efficacy point of view，the heat-clearing drugs were the main，followed by tonifying deficiency drugs，promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs，and so on.58.42% of the total frequency; from the perspective of medicinal properties，chillness is the main，followed by warmth and placidity drugs，which accounted for 58.44% of the total frequency of medicinal properties; from the perspective of medicinal taste，sweetness is the most，followed by bitterness，bitterness and light taste，which accounted for 60.68% of the total frequency of medicinal taste; from the perspective of medicinal meridian，liver meridian drugs are the most，followed by GUI Heart，spleen，stomach，lung and kidney meridians accounted for 58.55% of the total frequency of meridian attribution.Conclusion From the results of literature data mining，we can see that the etiology and pathogenesis of lupus erythematosus are mainly spleen-lung Qi deficiency，liver-kidney Yin deficiency and heart meridian fire vigorous.Clinically，the methods of tonifying spleen and lung，regulating liver and kidney，nourishing yin and clearing heat are mostly used to treat the disease.This literature study has certain clinical reference and enlightenment significance for the treatment of lupus erythematosus in traditional Chinese medicine.
