核心素养导向下五步课堂教学模式的实施策略研究

【摘    要】新课改的教育背景下，国家为贯彻落实素质教育要求教学任务以培养学生核心素养为导向，由此，推出五步课堂教学模式。该模式侧重从转变教师教育理念切入，创新高效教学形式，破除应试教育的弊端，从而达到促进学生全面发展的教学目的。深入研究核心素养导向下五步课堂教学模式的实施策略需要从多方入手，切实采取有效措施。

Research on the Implementation Strategy of Five Step Classroom Teaching Mode Under the Guidance of Core Literacy

【Abstract】Under the educational background of the new curriculum reform， in order to implement the quality education requirements， the state is guided by the cultivation of students' core literacy， and as a result， a five-step classroom teaching model has been introduced. This model focuses on changing the concept of teacher education， innovating and efficient teaching methods， eliminating the drawbacks of exam-oriented education， so as to achieve the teaching purpose of promoting the overall development of students. In-depth study of the core literacy-oriented implementation strategy of the five-step classroom teaching model needs to start from multiple sources and take effective measures.

五步課堂教学模式主要将课堂教学划分为三大基本基调、五大基本步骤。三大基本基调指的是“讲课、练习、导学”，简写为“讲、练、导 ”，五大基本步骤指“创设情境导入课堂、自主学习归纳总结、交流沟通互相答疑、勤加练习巩固加深、反复测试查缺补漏”，简称为“导、学、讲、练、测”。五步课堂教学模式的最大特点就是其强调精细化管理。

一、实施核心素养的教育改革因素

核心素养导向能够引导正确的价值观。在五步课堂教学模式中要想深刻贯彻核心素养导向作用，就需要教师做好自身的核心素养提高，时刻牢固素质教育背景下立德树人的教育宗旨，将核心价值导向落实到教学中的每个细节，引导学生形成积极正向的价值取向。在完成课标要求的学科任务的同时，鼓励学生通过体育锻炼增强身体素质，通过美术熏陶提高艺术鉴赏能力，着力培养德智体美劳全面发展的综合性人才。素质教育的培养目标不单是成绩优异的高分学生，更是要着力培养学生的高尚品德，在掌握好相关学科知识的同时培养健康良好的生活兴趣。……
