产教融合背景下应用型本科“1234”人才培养模式研究

摘  要：文章根据应用型人才培养的目标和要求，从产教融合视角出发，分析如何结合行业企业需求，为社会培养既有过硬的技能本领，又有扎实理论知识的高素质技能型应用人才。作者首先概述了产教融合对高校应用型人才培养的重要性，剖析了当下人才培养中存在的几个问题，最后从课程体系、师资队伍、实训基地和教学评价四个方面进行了探索和实践，以本校“轨道交通信号与控制”专业为例，提出了“1234”人才培养模式，紧密联系行业企业实际需求，推进产教深度融合，切实提高人才培养质量。

Abstract： According to the objectives and requirements of application-oriented talents training， from the perspective of production and education integration， this paper analyzes how to cultivate applied talents with innovative spirit， professional quality and practical skills for the society by combining the development of industry and enterprise. The author first summarizes the importance of the integration of production and education in the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities， analyzes several problems existing in the current personnel training， and finally explores and practices from four aspects of curriculum system， teaching staff， training base and teaching evaluation. Taking the "signal and control of rail transit" major of our university as an example， it puts forward the "1234" talent training mode， which is closely linked with the industry and enterprises. According to the actual needs， we should promote the in-depth integration of production and education， and effectively improve the quality of personnel training.

应用本科以适应社会需要为目标，以培养技术应用能力为主线设计学生的知识、能力、素质结构和培养方案，以“应用”为主旨和特征构建课程和教学内容体系，重视学生技术应用能力的培养。习近平总书记曾在全国教育大会上强调，要提升教育服务经济社会发展能力，着重培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才。国家强调“部分本科高校”向应用型转变，就是需要这些大学重视社会服务职能，以服务行业企业发展需求为导向，注重专业技能的培养和训练，以培养应用型人才为目标。办好应用型高校，关键是培养应用型人才。轨道交通信号与控制作为特色专业，能够有效解决我国轨道交通快速发展与信号专业人才紧缺的矛盾。……
