中国传统文化对中医基础理论体系构建的影响探源

〔摘要〕 以《黄帝内经》为代表的诸多中医哲学思想、基础理论体系起源于《周易》《道德经》《尚书》等。这些著作中朴素的哲学思想和科学的思维方法与中医文化、中医基础理论体系是一脉相承的，其中包括阴阳五行学说、整体观念、辩证思维、藏象学说、运气学说等理论，形成了独特的中医基础理论系统。其中包括生理、病因病机、诊断、治疗及预防等完整的中医基础理论体系和方法，为中医学的形成奠定了理论基础。基于正本清源、守正创新的原则，系统地梳理中医文化与中国传统文化的内在关联，探索《黄帝内经》的基本理论观点和中国传统文化的关系，对了解中医文化的源流，中医基础理论体系的起源、形成和发展，对传承和发展中医药事业大有裨益。

The Influence of Chinese Traditional Culture on the Theoretical System

Construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine

〔Abstract〕 Many philosophical thoughts and basic theoretical systems of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） represented by the Huangdi Neijing originated from Zhouyi， Tao Te Ching and The Book of History. The simple philosophical thoughts and scientific thinking methods in these works are in line with the culture and basic theoretical system of TCM， including the Yin-Yang Wu-xing， holism concept， dialectical thinking， doctrine of viscera state， Yunqi Doctrine， forming a unique basic theoretical system of TCM. It includes a complete basic theoretical system and methods of TCM， including physiology， etiology， pathogenesis， diagnosis， treatment and prevention， which laid a theoretical foundation for the formation of TCM. Based on the principle of rectifying the source and keeping the innovation， this paper systematically summarized the internal relationship between TCM culture and Chinese culture， and explored the relationship between the basic theoretical viewpoints of Huangdi Neijing and Chinese culture. It is helpful to understand the origin of TCM culture， the origin， formation and development of the basic theoretical system of TCM， and to inherit and develop the cause of TCM.

中国传统文化博大精深。以《周易》《道德经》《尚书》为核心代表的传统哲学思维方法和科学方法理论体系，对事物之间的关系、变化过程、对立统一规律都有深刻的论述，涉及天文、地理、气象、数学、物理、历法、音律、医学等学科领域，在中国传统文化中有着重要影响，为中国传统文化体系的形成奠定了重要基础。
