生态位视阈下地方中医药院校内涵式发展的思考

〔摘要〕 从生态位理论出发，结合地方中医药院校的实际情况，深入分析地方中医药院校的生态位特点与现状，提出在生态位视阈下地方中医药院校内涵式发展的思考，即树立立德树人的教育理念，优化学科建设与专业布局，发展生态位特色优势等建议。以期实现地方中医院校在我国高等教育生态系统中的准确定位，实现自身和生态体系的共同繁荣。

Reflection on the Development of Local Traditional Chinese Medicine

Colleges from the Perspective of Niche

〔Abstract〕 Based on the niche theory， combined with the actual situation of local traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） colleges， this paper deeply analyzes the niche characteristics and current situation of local TCM colleges， and puts forward some suggestions on the connotative development of local TCM colleges， such as adhering to the educational concept of cultivating morality， optimizing the discipline construction and specialty layout， adhering to the characteristic development， and realizing the niche advantage. The aim is to realize the accurate positioning of local TCM colleges in the ecosystem of higher education in China， and to achieve the common prosperity of themselves and the ecosystem.

2015年，中央全面深化改革领导小组审议通过《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》[1]，且教育部明确“双一流”建设会进行动态调整，高等院校之间的竞争更加激烈。若将我国高等教育看成是一个完整的生态体系，每一所高校则是体系中的个体，从而占据一定的位置，发挥一定的功能，产生一定的作用，这从大体上可以称为“生态位”。地方中医药院校是这个生态体系中极具特色的个体，具有独特的生态位，如何在我国高等教育的大变局中充分发挥自身优势抢占先机，实现内涵式发展就显得至关重要。

1 高校生态位的内涵及对高校发展的意义

生态位是自然生态学的一个重要概念，从广义上来说各个行业都可以被看做是一个完整的生态系统，因此，从上世纪开始生态位的理论就逐渐被学者引入到各自专业领域。高校生态位是指高校与资源、环境之间的关系定位，是高校与环境互动后均衡状态的反映，也是高校核心竞争力的体现[2]。……
