摘  要：随着素质教育与学前教育教学改革的深入推进，促进幼儿德、智、体、美全面发展已经成为幼儿教育工作的出发点与落脚点，而体育正是实现德育、智育和美育的重要基础，在遇到恶劣天气时，开展室内体育，促进幼儿健康成长就显得尤为必要。因此，文章将探讨幼儿园开展室内体育游戏的必要性，研究开展室内体育游戏的基本原则，并提出幼儿园室内体育游戲的开展策略，旨在为广大幼儿教师提供有价值的参考与建议。

【Abstract】With the deepening of quality education and preschool education reform，promoting children's moral，intellectual，physical and aesthetic development has become the starting point and foothold of early childhood education. Physical education is an important basis for the realization of moral，intellectual and aesthetic education. In bad weather，it is particularly necessary to carry out indoor sports to promote children's healthy growth. Therefore，this paper will explore the necessity of carrying out indoor sports games in kindergartens，study the basic principles of carrying out indoor sports games，and put forward the strategies of carrying out indoor sports games in kindergartens，in order to provide valuable reference and suggestions for the majority of kindergarten teachers.

《3—6岁儿童学习与发展指南》（以下简称《指南》）中明确规定“为促进幼儿身心健康发展，每天要保证幼儿两小时户外活动时间”。通常情况下，幼儿园的体育活动主要分为室内体育和户外体育，在严寒冬季、风沙雾霾和夏日酷暑等极端天气的情况下，幼儿园开展室内体育活动的机会越来越多，特别是在恶劣的天气条件下，幼儿园需要开展一些室内体育活动，来保证幼儿的运动时间，而幼儿对游戏更有着强烈的寻求欲望，体育作为一门趣味性和运动性较强的学科，仅仅依靠单一体育活动的开展，难以与孩子们热爱游戏的心灵产生共鸣，也不可能深刻地体会体育活动带来的愉悦感与趣味感，必须要在幼儿园体育活动中融入游戏精神，以游戏的形式开展幼儿园室内体育活动，能够促使幼儿积极地参与室内体育活动，并爱上室内体育，从而实现“玩”出精彩，“动”出健康的室内体育教学目标。……
