基于游戏化视野下教师指导策略的实践探究

摘  要：游戏化课程教学是幼儿园教学的一种高效形式，不仅对幼儿身心健康的发展起到了非常重要的作用，还能够进一步的增强教师与幼儿之间的沟通以及交流，协助家长以及教师更为充分的了解幼儿的实际需求，进而进一步的提升幼儿园课程教学活动开展的质量。现如今，此种课程教学形式得到了幼儿园教学工作人员的极度认可，并得到了非常广泛的运用。幼儿教师在游戏化课程教学当中的指导作用愈来愈受到重视，文章通过对其现状以及问题的解析，归纳总结出增强实施的具体措施，希望在游戏化的教学活动当中，教师的指导作用能够得到进一步的发挥，进而进一步的提升幼儿园课程教学活动开展的质量。我园一直以来以游戏化课程教学为特色，注重游戏化课程教学的开展，因此，在此领域，通过长期的经验积累，和园内资源的丰富，对我游戏化课程教学有着很大的帮助和支持。

【Abstract】Game-based curriculum teaching is an efficient form of kindergarten teaching. It not only plays a very important role in the development of childrens physical and mental health，but also can further enhance the communication and exchanges between teachers and children，and assist parents and teachers to fully Understand the actual needs of young children，and further improve the quality of kindergarten curriculum teaching activities. Nowadays，this kind of curriculum teaching method has been extremely recognized by kindergarten teaching staff and has been widely used. The guiding role of kindergarten teachers in the teaching of gamification courses is getting more and more attention. The article summarizes specific measures to enhance the implementation through the analysis of its current situation and problems.
