关于立德树人思想在小学德育教育中的运用探究

摘  要：随着新课程改革在小学教育阶段不断深入与实施，小学教育从单纯以基础知识讲授为主向培养学生德育方向发展，这是新时代发展的必然要求，也是培养符合社会发展的人才的重要途径。小学班主任老师作为学生在校期间关系最为密切的角色之一，对学生的学习情况、心理问题、思维方式了解的比较全面，而且学生对班主任老师的管理也比较顺从，因此，在小学班主任管理工作中渗透德育教育，可以帮助学生更好地树立正确的价值观念、培养健全的人格和品质。

【Abstract】With the continuous deepening and implementation of new curriculum reforms in the primary education stage，primary education has developed from purely teaching basic knowledge to cultivating students moral education. Primary school head teacher is one of the most closely related roles of students during school. They have a comprehensive understanding of students learning conditions，psychological problems，and ways of thinking，and students are more compliant with the management of the head teacher. 班主任作为组织学生参与集体活动、维护班级正常教学秩序的重要角色，同时也承担着本学科教学工作和对学生思想、行为进行管理和约束的重要任务。随着新课程改革以及素质教育在教学各个阶段的深入实施，对学生知识、技能、道德修养等各方面能力提出了新的要求。作为学生在校期间与学生关系最为密切的角色之一，小学班主任将“立德树人”思想有效地运用到班级管理工作当中，通过补充、完善管理内容与策略，帮助学生的道德素养逐步提高。
