浅析农村小学家校合作下的德育的问题与对策

摘  要：随着素质教育的发展，德育课程的开展，需要让学生从小传承中华传统美德，培养学生良好的行为习惯。但是对学生进行德育，不仅是校方的义务，家庭也有着不可推卸的责任。但是家校合作过程中还存在着一些问题，家长方面和教师方面都是影响家校合作的因素。为了让学生更好地接受德育，本文研究了农村家校合作下的德育问题，找出了问题的解决方法，希望能给教师和家长提供参考。

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Moral Education under the Cooperation of Rural Primary Schools and Homes

【Abstract】With the development of quality education and the development of moral education courses，it is necessary for students to inherit Chinese traditional virtues from an early age and cultivate students' good behavior habits. But moral education for students is not only an obligation of the school，but also an inescapable responsibility of the family. However，there are still some problems in the process of home-school cooperation. Both parents and teachers are factors that affect home-school cooperation. In order to allow students to better accept moral education，this article studies the moral education problems under the cooperation of rural home and school，and finds out the solutions to the problems，hoping to provide references for teachers and parents.

伴随着教育的发展，现代社会对学生的素质教育提出了更高的要求。要想办好德育教育课程，不能仅仅依靠学校教师的力量，还需要家庭教育的配合。家庭是学生生命的摇篮，是人出生后接受教育的第一个场所，即人生的第一个课堂，学生大部分的时间生活在家庭中，无时无刻地接受家庭的教育。因此，家校合理的共同教育对小学生身心发展来说极其重要，这要求教师和家长的教育理念保持一致，只有双方在教育学生上面进行畅通的交流，才能更好地培养学生。

1.农村小学家校合作的意义

在小學教育中实行家校合作，能够使学生健康地成长。在农村环境下，家庭之间存在着很大差异，家长的教育理念也不同，但是家长和教师的教育目的是相同的，都希望学生能够在健康成长过程中能够养成良好行为习惯和思想品质。既然家长和教师教育目的一样，双方应该共同对学生的教育问题展开行动。……
