家园互动，促进幼儿行为健康发展的策略

摘  要：幼儿的健康成长关系到祖国未来人才的总体质量，幼儿教育过程中单纯依靠教师的一己之力显然是苍白无力的。因为幼儿生活的第一个教育环境是家庭，其次才是幼儿园的教育与引导。幼儿从小的行为习惯养成需要教师和家长的教育合力，为此，幼儿教师要认识到家庭教育的重要意義，并在教学实际中让家长参与其中，双方合力形成对幼儿的教育影响，促进幼儿行为朝着积极健康的方向发展。本文从家园互动的角度，提出了促进幼儿行为健康发展的基本教育策略。

Home-Kindergarten Interaction and Strategies to Promote Children's Behavior Healthy Development

【Abstract】The healthy growth of young children is related to the overall quality of the future talents of the motherland. It is obviously pale to rely solely on the teacher's own power in the process of early childhood education. Because the first educational environment for children's life is the family，and the second is the education and guidance of kindergartens. The development of behaviors and habits of children from an early age requires the joint efforts of teachers and parents. For this reason，kindergarten teachers should realize the importance of family education and involve parents in teaching practice. The two sides work together to form an educational impact on children and promote children The behavior develops in a positive and healthy direction. This article proposes basic education strategies to promote the healthy development of children's behaviors from the perspective of home-kindergarten interaction.

伴随着社会竞争的日益增强和人们素养的不断提高，幼儿的行为教育成为摆在教师面前的重要教学任务。在实际教学中，多数教师很关注幼儿的行为习惯养成，并在教学中采用了灌输或理论式的讲解，但是，这样的教育方式无法调动幼儿的积极性，也无法让有关思想指引幼儿的实际行动。为了保障幼儿的行为发展更加符合将来社会发展的需要，教师应做好与幼儿家长的联系互动，让家长也参与幼儿行为的教育与引导。只有加强家园的合作，才能将幼儿的发展推向更高的高度，让幼儿的行为更加健康，本文提出了家园互动教学的基本策略，希望本文的观点可以促进幼儿行为积极健康发展。
