父母的人格力量在子女教育中的作用探究

摘  要：随着教育教学改革的不断深化，家庭教育在孩子成长中的重要性得到了越来越多家长的认可。但很多家长在家庭教育中，往往重视为孩子构建学习的良好环境，重视孩子教育的方法与技巧，忽略了父母人格力量的教育。基于此，文章就探讨父母人格力量在子女教育中的作用，旨在为父母的子女教育提供参考。

The Role of Parents'Personality Strength in Children's Education

【Absrtact】 With the deepening of education and teaching reform，the importance of family education in the growth of children has been recognized by more and more parents.However，many parents often attach importance to building a good environment for their children in family education，attach importance to the methods and skills of children's education，and ignore the education of parents'personality strength.Based on this，this paper discusses the role of parental personality power in children's education，in order to provide reference for parents'children's education.

在人的成长过程中，获得外在教育的途径主要是家庭、学校和社会这三个方面，而在这三种教育途径中，家庭教育对人的成长具有极大的影响，特别是父母的人格力量。因为父母是孩子从出生到长大最亲密的人，他们在日常生活中的一举一动，一言一行，都会在潜移默化中对孩子产生巨大的影响。但当前我国很多家庭在教育中，往往比较重视为孩子提供良好的学习环境和条件，满足他们一切关于学习的要求，但往往忽略了自身人力力量的表现，没重视自身的人格力量表现。基于此，研究父母人格力量在子女教育中的作用就显得极为必要，能为父母的家庭教育提供参考，从而更好地促进孩子的健康成长。

1.人格的简单探讨

人格是一个人的心理特征表现，或者说是人的一种内部倾向性，属于心理学方面的术语。其概念起源于希腊语的“Persona”，原意是指演员在演出时所佩戴的装饰用面具。而后，一些心理学家借用这一术语指代人在不同场所表现出来的个性特征，并将其称为“personality”。……
