浅谈ETC技术在货物运输中的运用

摘  要：随着全国高速公路上ETC联网的开通，联网格局已基本形成，这对区域经济的发展大有裨益，为国民经济的增长和社会的发展发挥重要作用。通过分析南京某公路发展集团有限公司经营的ETC发展状况，廓清出货车目前所运用ETC的优缺点及存在的问题，对目前南京的货物运输方面提出合理化建议。但是分析概括物流服务是一个动态变化的过程，企业必须及时改进，以实现高效服务。

Abstract： With the opening of ETC network on national expressways， the network pattern has been  basically formed， which is of great benefit to the development of regional economy and plays an important role in the growth of national economy and social development. By analyzing the development status of ETC operated by a Highway Development Group Co.， Ltd， in Nanjing， this paper clarifies the advantages of ETC currently used by freight cars and the existing problems. By using the methods of literature research and field investigation， this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the freight transportation in Nanjing. Logistics service is a dynamic changing process， enterprises must improve in time to achieve efficient service.

1  ETC系统在货物运输中的运用情况

1.1  ETC系统运作流程

ETC系统主要由ETC收费车道、ETC管理中心、收费站管理系统、专业银行、费用显示器、车道控制器、车辆检测、自动栏杆机器等组成。当车辆进入高速公路车道时，安装在门式收费架上的电子装置即对车载电子标签进行读卡，并在车载收费卡上自动记录该车的牌照、车型、入口时间和地点;在车辆驶离高速公路，出口通道的电子装置再次读卡，读卡器结合电子标签中记录者的用户信息，如车型、车牌号、车主姓名等，在几秒钟后自动从该车主开设的账户上实时扣费。整个过程中，车主无须停车也无须下车缴纳公路通行费用和拿取发票，大大缩短了车辆的通过收费站时间。

就总车流量来说，货车ETC使用时间是早班>中班>夜班;货车车流量也是早班>中班>夜班;使用ETC卡的货车数量，中班>夜班>早班。夜班中货车相对多一些，其中使用ETC的也相对多一些。实际情况上，……
