“一带一路”沿线经贸物流网络的结构研究

摘  要：文章收集了“一带一路”沿线65个国家的双边贸易数据，构建了经贸物流网络;通过UCINET软件计算了网络密度、度数等网络结构特征参数;通过平均最短路径长度、簇系数、度分布研究了经贸物流网络的“小世界”性质;通过中心性、核心—边缘分析，对网络中的核心节点进行了研究。结果表明：“一带一路”国家的经贸物流网络同时具有“小世界”与“无标度”双重属性;节点间具有较强的关联性;可利用核心度指标将65个沿线国家分为核心节点、准核心节点和边缘节点三类，采取不同的措施实现促进国际贸易协同发展。

Abstract： This paper collects 65 countries' bilateral trade data along the belt and road， and builds logistics and trade network. The network structure characteristic parameters such as network density， degree are calculated and compared by UCINET software. This paper studies the“small-world”and“scale-free”properties of logistics and trade network through the average shortest path length， cluster coefficient and degree distribution. Through centrality and core-periphery analysis， the core nodes in the network are studied. The results show that logistics and trade network has“small world and scale free”characteristics. There is a strong correlation between nodes. The core index can be used to divide the 65 countries along the line into three categories： core node， quasi core node and edge node， and take different measures to promote the coordinated development of international trade.

0  引  言

自我國于2013年提出“一带一路”建设的倡议后，得到沿线各国的积极响应。近年来，沿线各国本着“共商、共建、共享”的基本原则，共同推动构建人类命运共同体，取得了显著的进展与成效，初步实现了“政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通”[1]。其中，“贸易畅通”是当前“一带一路”倡议的重点推进领域[2]。“一带一路”经贸物流网络是以沿线各国相互间贸易关系而形成的网络结构，通过对经贸物流网络结构进行深入分析，可以更精细的揭示当前沿线各国之间的经贸物流关系，发现网络中的薄弱环节，对于进一步促进沿线各国经贸发展具有实际意义。
