“一带一路”下中部区域有效利用德国投资研究

摘  要：在全球化的今天，一带一路政策让中国与世界更好的联系起来，中国和欧洲各国也在一带一路的政策下不断加深联系，在英国脱欧后，德国在中国与欧盟贸易往来的作用更加重要，文章以2007～2017年安徽省、湖南省、河南省、山西省、江西省5个省份的面板数据来分析如何提高中部省份利用德国投资效率，最终得出经济开放程度、对德贸易发展、区域经济总量、科技进步程度等企业发展的外在环境因素，对增加引资竞争力产生正向或负向的作用。为促进中部区域省市利用德国投资给出参考意见。

Abstract： In today's globalized world， the belt and road initiative has allowed China to better connect with the world. China and European countries have also continued to deepen their ties under the belt and road initiative. After Brexit， Germany's trade with China in the EU the role is more important. This article uses panel data from five provinces of Anhui， Hunan， Henan， Shanxi， and Jiangxi from 2007 to 2017 to analyze how to improve the efficiency of central provinces to use German investment， and finally obtain the degree of economic openness and the external environmental factors such as trade development， regional economic aggregate， and scientific and technological progress have positive or negative effects on increasing the competitiveness of foreign investment. Give reference to promote other provinces and cities to use German investment.

欧盟已经连续15年成为中国最大的贸易合作伙伴，同时中国也是欧盟重要的贸易伙伴，在2020年1月30日英国正式脱欧后，德国在欧盟27国中对中国与欧盟贸易产生的作用更为重要。如何更好地吸引德国投资对各个省份来说更加重要。德国是中国在欧洲的重要合作伙伴。在中德两方的共同努力下，中德合作取得丰硕成果。能够取得如此丰硕的成果主要有以下两点原因，一是高层交往维持高密度。近年来，两国领导人加强联系，不断达成新的战略共识，为新时期中德关系发展指明了方向。二是合作共赢开创新高度。截至2018年，德国连续43年保持中国在欧洲最大贸易伙伴地位，中国连续第三年成为德国全球最大贸易伙伴[1]。三是共担国际责任彰显新气度。近年来，双方加强在联合国、二十国集团等国际组织和多边框架内的协调与配合，旗帜鲜明地发出反对保护主义和单边主义的共同信号，凸显了双边关系的全球战略意义。……
