国外绿色物流理念对甘肃省 特色林果业物流发展的启示

摘  要：伴随社会经济发展和人民多元化消费理念转变，高品质高新鲜度的农产品成为消费者首选，然而高品质高新鲜度的农产品必须配备农业现代化生产和现代化物流运输。文章通过分析三个代表性国家农产品物流发展的理念，借鉴其农产品安全标准和质量管理方法，利用国外绿色物流理念为甘肃省特色林果业物流的发展指明方向。

Abstract： With the development of social economy and the transformation of people's diversified consumption concept， high-quality and fresh agricultural products have become the first choice for consumers. However， high-quality and fresh agricultural products must be equipped with modern agricultural production and modern logistics transportation. This paper analyzes the development concept of agricultural products logistics in three representative countries， draws lessons from their agricultural products safety standards and quality management methods， and points out the direction for the development of characteristic forest and fruit industry logistics in Gansu province by using foreign green logistics concept.

甘肃省具有发展特色农业产业优越的地势和气候，优越的硬件基础和政府资金技术支持特色优势林果产业发展。经过多年的发展与实践，甘肃省的特色林果业等特色农业相继成长和发展起来，目前市场上的果品流通仍然以传统方式为主，批发市场的私人商贩居多，农户自发的地摊式零售分布各大集市，特色林果业发展模式单一、经营收入和经营方式有待提升。

1  甘肃省特色林果业发展现状

1.1  特色林果业发展现状。伴随社会经济发展和人民多元化消费理念转变，高品质农产品和高效物流随之发展。发展至今，甘肃特色农业区域布局日趋明显、生产规模稳步扩大，以陇东和陇南为主的特色林果业发展迅速，果品生产与加工、农产品物流等优势产业随即发展壮大。2008年数据显示，甘肃省林果种植总面积达1 759.87万亩，总产量320.34万吨，产值63.5亿元。2011年《甘肃省林果产业发展扶持办法》中指出，支持全省林果产业的发展，加大特色林果产业基地建设，提高果品产量、果品质量和效益，促进农户增收。……
