“互联网+”农产品供应链创新与应用路径探析

摘  要：农产品供应链是基于“农产品”这一特定对象的特殊供应链。由于农产品的消费特性及可替代性，掌握了末端消费者的需求特性并能满足这种需求的企业，就可以成为农产品供应链的主导者，也即核心企业。农产品供应链的创新与应用离不开核心企业的主导和努力，为此，文章以地方性农产品供应链核心企业这一微观角度入手，在综合分析其所面临问题的基础上，从优化上游供给、加强自身平台建设、稳步拓展需求末端等三个方面提出改进路径，并提炼出了具有地方性特色的农产品供应链创新模式。

Abstract： Agricultural products supply chain is a special supply chain based on the specific object of“agricultural products”. Due to the consumption characteristics and substitutability of agricultural products， the enterprises can become the leader of the agricultural product supply chain， that is， the core enterprise， if they have mastered the demand characteristics of end consumers and can meet this demand. The innovation and application of agricultural products supply chain cannot be separated from the leading and efforts of core enterprises. Therefore， this paper starts from the micro perspective of local agricultural supply chain core enterprises， and on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the problems it faces， puts forward improvement paths from three aspects： optimizing upstream supply， strengthening the construction of its own platform， and steadily expanding the end of demand， and refines the innovative mode of agricultural product supply chain with local characteristics.

1  农产品供应链的概念界定与研究综述

1.1  农产品供应链相关概念的界定

1.1.1  农产品供应链。国家标准物流术语《物流术语》（GB/T18354-2006）中对供应链（Supply chain）的定义是“生产及流通过程中，为了将产品或服务交付给最终用户，由上游与下游企业共同建立的需求链状网”。农产品供应链，是基于“农产品”这一特定对象的特殊供应链，由于农产品生产及流通有其特性，引起了各界专家、学者的广泛关注，但是到目前为止，学术界还没有形成统一的定义。国外学者F. R Lin和M. J Shaw，国内学者冷志杰、赵晓飞、孙开钊、左两军等从不同角度对农产品供应链进行了定义。在综合比较上述定义的基础上，结合笔者实践，本文认为，农产品供应链是指以农产品消费为核心，通过资金流、物流和信息流等将农产品生产者、加工者、经销者和消费者等参与主体链接成的一个网链体系。……
