试论面向社会需求职校德育教育模式

摘 要：现阶段的职校教育工作中，德育教育是当前重点的教学内容之一，其对于学生的成长以及教育行业未来的发展均具有非常重大的影响。文章基于此，先对职校教学中有关德育教育的重要性进行了简要分析，而后总结了职业教育过程中关于开展德育教育的基本原则，进而详细阐明了有关职校教学过程中开展德育教育的具体措施。

On the Moral Education Mode of Vocational Schools Facing the Social Needs

Abstract：In the current stage of vocational school education， moral education is one of the current key teaching contents， which has a significant impact on the growth of students and the future development of the education industry. Based on this， the article first briefly analyzes the importance of moral education in vocational school teaching， then summarizes the basic principles of moral education in the process of vocational education， and then elaborates on the importance of moral education in the process of vocational school teaching， and specific measures.

1 引言

隨着我国关于教学改革方面所做工作的不断深入，素质教育逐渐成为了基础教学当中的重点内容，而德育教育在这当中具有核心、灵魂的地位，倍受各级学校所关注。而职业教育在我国的教育结构当中具有重要的地位，其不但重视学生的技能培训，同时也对学生的品德教育加以重视。在德育教育的过程中，可实现职校学生的全方位发展，使其逐渐成长为社会所需要的技能型人才。为此，文章对职业教育过程中的德育教育进行相应的分析，旨在保证职业学校学生可获得综合素质方面的提升。

2 职业教育中德育教育的重要性

德育教育，主要指的是对学生进行思想、法律、心理等多方面内容的教学，这对于学生的全方位发展具有重要的价值及意义。从职业教育的角度出发，德育教育所具有的重要价值主要表现在以下几个方面：第一，在职业教育内容中具有重要组成。职业教育当中所有的教学工作，以学生的技能培养为基础，教学内容大部分是以专业能力培养为主，使得学生在面向社会就业时具有非常强的针对性。……
