高职院校电工电子课程改革探索

摘 要：电工电子这门课程实质上是一门非常实用，操作性非常强的课程。但是就目前的形势来看，高职院校的教学现状存在诸多弊端和不足。尤其是传统教学的方式不利于培养学生的实践能力，所以需要对电工电子课程的的授课方式进行改革。为了不断提升教学质量和培育新型社会人才，本文主要探讨了为什么需要进行高职院校电工电子课程改革以及如何进行改革。

Exploration on the Reform of Electrical and Electronic Courses in Vocational College

Abstract：The course of Electrical Engineering and Electronics is a very practical and highly operable course. However， judging from the current situation， there are many shortcomings in the teaching status of higher vocational colleges. In particular， traditional teaching methods are not conducive to cultivating students' practical ability， so it is necessary to reform the teaching methods of electrical and electronic courses. In order to continuously improve the quality of teaching and cultivate new types of social talents， this article mainly discusses why it is necessary to reform the electrical and electronic courses in higher vocational colleges and how to carry out the reform.

由于经济的发展和社会的进步，教育方面的改革也由浅入深，由表及里，教育理念也正在革新。参考国家发布的纲要要求，高等院校对于自身的教学模式正处在不断创新和与时俱进的阶段，高职院校也不例外。本文从高职院校电工电子课程的教学现状入手，探究了具体的改革方法，以此提升学习者对专业知识的掌握程度。

1 教学现状及存在的问题

高职院校的教学方式正在不断的调整，希望可以跟上时代的脚步，但具体实施过程有些差强人意，至今在教学问题上仍然存在诸多弊端，这些缺陷和不足非常具有研究意义。

1.1 教育理念未能及时转变

高职院校一直在积极响应国家的号召，对教学方式不断改革。但是在这个过程中，仍然存在的一个较大的问题就是在教育理念上的变革。教育方式的不断变化，却在思想上没有给予足够的重视，忽视了“思想”的指导作用。教育理念指导着教学行为，“重视电工电子课程”的理念教学仍然是高职院校的教育常态。……
