校企合作模式下的新能源汽车技术专业教学模式的创新

摘 要：新形势下，随着时代和社会的发展，环境问题越来越凸显，为了改善能源紧缺的问题，新能源汽车技术就呈现到了众人的视野当中。在汽车行业发展和创新的历程中，不仅需要引进大量的技术性人才，还需要为汽车行业的发展注入源源不断的动力。同时新型技术的出现，也意味着新型人才的需求。此时就需要在校企合作的基础上，对专业教学模式进行有效的创新。因此，本文首先提出了需要探究的主要内容，之后，结合现状，针对性的制定出科學的延伸与创新路径。

Innovation of New Energy Vehicle Technology Specialty Teaching Mode under the Mode of School-enterprise Cooperation

Abstract：Under the new situation， with the development of the times and society， environmental problems have become more and more prominent. In order to improve the problem of energy shortage， new energy vehicle technology has appeared in the eyes of everyone. In the course of the development and innovation of the automobile industry， it is not only necessary to introduce a large number of technical talents， but also to inject continuous impetus into the development of the automobile industry. At the same time， the emergence of new technologies also means the demand for new talents. Currently， it is necessary to effectively innovate the professional teaching mode on the basis of school-enterprise cooperation. Therefore， this article first puts forward the main content that needs to be explored， and then， combined with the status quo， the targeted development of scientific extension and innovation path are studied.

1 问题的提出

对学校来说，主要是为社会培养更多的实践性和综合性的人才，需要立足社会对人才的实际需求，以此来提升学生的核心素养，增强对应的专业技能。我国新能源汽车属于发展速度较快的行业，需要在市场的基础上，不断的正确加人才的需求量，提升专业技术的需求[1]。在实践的过程中，大部分的院校虽然对教学模式进行了一定程度的创新，但是，还是存在一些不足和问题。一方面没有很好的立足当前汽车专业的发展趋势，另外一方面没有充分的满足学生对实践教学活动与后期就业需求。鉴于此，校企合作模式下，新能源汽车技术专业教学模式将如何创新？就成为了目前形势下，众多学者需要探究的主要内容与问题。

2 时代现状
