高校工商管理专业创新创业教育改革的现状分析与对策

摘 要 随着社会经济的不断发展，对于学生创新创业能力的培养成为高校教育教学的迫切任务，在工商管理专业当中也是如此，不仅仅要注重理论教学，还要将创新创业教育纳入到教育教学的每一个环节，提升学生创新创业能力。本文在分析工商管理专业培养创新创业能力的必要性的基础上，提出了高校工程管理专业创新创业教育改革的相关对策，以此有针对性的提升学生的创新创业能力，推动创新型国家的发展。

Abstract With the continuous development of social economy， the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability has become an urgent task in the education and teaching of colleges and universities. It is also true in the business management specialty. It is not only necessary to pay attention to theoretical teaching， but also to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into every link of education and teaching， so as to improve the students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on the analysis of the necessity of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the major of business administration， this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of Engineering Management Specialty in colleges and universities， so as to improve the students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability and promote the development of innovative countries.

当前创新驱动的发展背景下，高等教育改革要以创新创业能力的培养为目标。应用型的高效与理论型的高校有所区别，为此，这就需要高校在发展当中要能够结合自身的发展实际来进行相应改革，不断培养出社会发展所需要的人才具备创新创业能力素质，也就强调了在高校人才培养当中，要注重实践教学的开展。通过实践教学来强化学生的创业素质以及在实际当中对知识的应用能力，但是在以往的人才培养当中往往被忽视，这也就在一定程度上影响到了大学生创新创业能力的培养。为此，在当前形势下教育改革势在必行，在工商管理专业当中也是如此，要能够认识到工商管理专业对学生培养创新创业教育改革的迫切性，并有针对性的开展相关策略，从而更好地促进学生综合素质的提升。
