依托红色文化构建大学生社会责任感培育常态机制的研究与实践

摘 要 红色文化在大学生社会责任感培育中具有独特的价值和功能。红色文化中体现的价值观是支撑中华民族从革命到建设、改革的重要动力，中华民族要实现伟大复兴，必须传承和弘扬正确的价值观。当前中国进入新时代，大学生肩负新时代赋予的新使命，广大青年必须具备强烈的社会责任感，才能自觉投身到中国的建设征程中。红色文化对培育大学生社会责任感具有天然优势，可以成为大学生社会责任感培育的有效途径。就目前研究来看，各校都尝试依托红色文化培育大学生社会责任感，但是没有形成常态化机制，本文旨在研究依托红色文化的独特价值，发挥校园育人的主渠道、开展与社会相结合的实践、形成多方协作的良好机制，探讨大学生社会责任感培育的常态化建设。

Abstract Red culture has a unique value and function in the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility. The values embodied in the red culture are an important driving force to support the Chinese nation from revolution to construction and reform. In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， we must inherit and carry forward the correct values. At present， China has entered a new era， college students shoulder the new mission entrusted by the new era， the majority of young people must have a strong sense of social responsibility， in order to consciously participate in China's construction journey. Red culture has natural advantages in cultivating college students' sense of social responsibility， and can become an effective way to cultivate college students' sense of social responsibility.According to the current research， all schools try to cultivate college students' sense of social responsibility by relying on red culture， but there is no normalization mechanism. This paper aims to study the normalization construction of cultivating college students' sense of social responsibility by relying on the unique value of red culture， giving play to the main channel of campus education， carrying out the practice of combining with society and forming a good mechanism of multi-party cooperation.

回顾百年党史，中国共产党人和无数革命先烈用鲜血和智慧开展了不懈的斗争才取得了民族的独立，我们筚路蓝缕、披荆斩棘，为了实现共产主义理想，不怕牺牲、不畏艰难，在苦难中铸就辉煌。在这个过程中我们形成的红色文化中体现出了崇高的理想信念、高尚的道德品质、深厚的爱国主义情感和民族责任使命感，是一笔宝贵的精神文化遗产。随着新时代的到来，各种技术飞速发展，多元价值冲击思想，国际局势比以往更加复杂，《中共中央、国务院……
