产教融合视域下高职食品生物技术专业教学团队建设探索

摘要 介绍了高职教师专业教学团队建设的意义，分析了高职教师专业教学团队建设的现状，并以食品生物技术专业为例，探讨了高职教师专业教学团队的构建思路和路径，期望通过教师专业教学团队建设，不断提升我国高职院校的综合竞争力，为世界职业教育贡献中国智慧和中国方案。

Exploration on the Construction of Higher Vocational Food Biotechnology Teaching Team from the Perspective of the Integration of Production and Education

Abstract This paper introduced the significance of professional teaching team construction of higher vocational teachers， analyzed the current situation of professional teaching team construction of higher vocational teachers， and discussed the ideas and paths of building a professional teaching team of higher vocational teachers by taking food biotechnology as an example， so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinas higher vocational colleges and contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the worlds vocational education through the professional teaching team construction of teachers.

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出：“深化产教融合、校企合作”，这是新时代对我国职业院校发展提出的新要求，为新时代加快推进现代职业教育发展指明了方向。2019年1月，国务院印发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，方案中明确提出职业教育要“多措并举打造‘双师型教师队伍”[1]。2019年6月，教育部印发了《全国高职院校教师教学创新团队建设方案》，旨在通过建设一批高水平的高职院校专业教学团队，示范引领“双师型”教师队伍建设，不断深化职业教育“三教”改革[2]。由此可见，深化产教融合、校企合作将成为今后各高职院校教育事业发展的重要方向，也是高职教育优质发展的重要评价指标。因此，建设一批适应产教融合、校企合作的“双师型”教师专业教学团队，是高职院校办学实力和人才培养质量提升的重要保障。

1 产教融合视域下高职教师专业教学团队建设的意义

“十三五”以来，各高职院校快速发展，办学特色日益鲜明，现已成为培养产业转型升级和企业技术创新所需要的发展型、复合型和创新型的高素质技术技能人才的骨干力量。……
