日本隐形冠军企业市场和技术创新经验及对我国的启示

摘 要：日本政府为提升基础制造能力和国际竞争力，非常重视对制造业细分行业领军企业的扶持。自2014年3月以来，表彰了两批制造业隐形冠军企业，同时加大了在技术创新、资金补助、人才培育、市场开拓等方面对中小企业及隐形冠军企业的支持力度。总结了日本两批隐形冠军企业及其评选标准，隐形冠军企业在市场和技术创新方面的成功经验，以及日本政府的扶持政策。对我国制造业应对目前面临新国际竞争带来的产业链和供应链安全挑战，加快制造业产业基础结构体系的重塑，推动我国一批隐形冠军企业在全球细分市场中占據一席之地具有重要参考意义。

Analysis on the market and technological innovation experience of Japan

hidden champion enterprises and its enlightenment to China

Abstract：In order to enhance the basic manufacturing capacity and international competitiveness of Japan， government of Japan attached great importance to the support of manufacturing niche top enterprises. Since March 2014， Japan has commended two groups of hidden champion enterprises， and increased support for technology innovation， fund subsidy， talent cultivation and market development of small and medium-sized enterprises and hidden champion enterprises. This paper summarized selection criteria of Japanese hidden champions and its successful experience of market and technological innovation as well as policies of Japanese government. At present， China is facing the challenges of industry chain and supply chain security brought by new international competition situation. Therefore， this research is of significance for the reconstruction of manufacturing industry system in China and development of Chinese hidden champion enterprise in the world.

“隐形冠军”由赫尔曼·西蒙[1]在《隐形冠军：谁是最优秀的公司》一书中首先提出。“隐形”的意思是指这些企业几乎不为外界所关注;而“冠军”则是这些企业几乎完全主宰着各自所在的市场领域，占有着很高的市场份额，有着独特的竞争策略，往往在某一个细分的市场中进行着专注的耕耘[2]。隐形冠军企业是在产品质量、种类和技术等方面具有独特竞争力和一定市场垄断性的中小型企业。“隐形冠军”产品的市场是利基市场，即在市场分类体系中处于末梢层级的“夹缝市场”，其规模不大但具有特定需求。赫尔曼·西蒙收集了全世界2 734家隐形冠军公司的数据表明德国拥有1 307家隐形冠军，是数量最多的国家，美国有366家，日本有220家，中国有68家[3]。……
