医教融合背景下医学检验技术专业“1+1+1”人才培养模式的构建

摘  要：医教融合的人才培养模式逐渐成为当前研究的热点。本文主要从创建“校院企深度合作1+1+1”人才培养模式、重新构建课程体系及教学内容、校院合作共建校外标准化临床教学基地、运行及保障机制等四个方面对江苏医药职业学院医学检验技术专业医教融合的人才培养模式进行了探讨。

The construction of "1+1+1" talent training model for medical laboratory technology under the background of medical and education integration

Abstract： The talent training model of the integration of medicine and education has gradually become a hot research topic. This article mainly focuses on four aspects of Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine  from four aspects： the establishment of the "school-academy-enterprise cooperation 1+1+1" talent training model， the reconstruction of the curriculum system and teaching content， the school-college cooperation to build an off-campus standardized clinical teaching base， and the operation and guarantee mechanism. The vocational college's medical laboratory technology professional medical education integration talent training model was discussed.

近年来随着我国经济社会的快速发展，对于人才的需求也越来越紧迫，占据着我国高等教育的“半壁江山”的高等职业教育，成为我国教育事业的重要组成部分。但高等职业教育在发展过程中人才培养与社会需求之间呈现的问题却不断凸显，现有的人才培养模式存在的問题成为高等职业教育的进一步发展的瓶颈。因此，高等职业教育如何构建新型的人才培养模式，如何培养适应地方经济发展的高素质技术技能型人才，已经成为推动高等职业教育发展过程中亟待解决的问题[1]。

1  人才培养模式改革的必要性

我国现行的高职院校所培养的医学检验技术人才，需具备医学检验和临床医学的基本知识，掌握医学检验工作的主要技术技能，面向卫生行业的临床检验技师、输血技师、病理技师等职业群，能够从事临床医学检验、输（采供）血、病理技术等工作的高素质技术技能人才。也就是说，培养的人才不仅要有一定的专业理论知识，更要有较强的实践能力，包括熟悉医学检验仪器设备的操作及基本的维护等。……
