浅谈西大河水库土石坝日常检查与养护管理

摘  要：西大河水库位于永昌县城西南60km处永昌县西部草原的大河坝滩，古称上房塞子，是一个自然生成的小盆地。西大河水库大坝属于土石坝、土石坝的特性要求必须加强日常检查养护工作，确保大坝的安全运行。本文结合西大河水库土石坝日常检查和养护工作实际，探讨对土石坝的重点部位坝体、坝基、坝趾如何进行日常观测，尤其是有无裂缝、渗漏、滑坡等常见现象，发现以上异常现象，如何进行养护修理的经验和做法。

Daily Inspection and Maintenance Management of Earth Rock Dam of Xidahe Reservoir

Abstract： Xidahe reservoir is located 60 kilometers southwest of Yongchang County， which is a small natural basin. The dam of Xidahe reservoir belongs to earth rock dam and earth rock dam. The daily inspection and maintenance work must be strengthened to ensure the safe operation of the dam. Combined with the daily inspection and maintenance of the earth rock dam of Xidahe reservoir， this paper discusses how to carry out daily observation on the key parts of the earth rock dam， such as dam body， dam foundation and dam toe， especially whether there are cracks， leakage， landslide and other common phenomena， and how to maintain and repair the above abnormal phenomena.

西大河水庫是拦蓄洪水、调节流量、农田灌溉、发电及人饮水供水等综合水利枢纽，大坝是水库重要的水工建筑物，水库土石坝最容易产生坝体裂缝，坝坡滑动，坝身坝基渗漏，坝体沉陷和风浪雨水对坝体造成的破坏。大坝能否正常运转大体取决于土石坝是否有足够的安全稳固性。

1  西大河水库基本情况

西大河水库位于黑河与石羊河流域之间，东经101°22′59″，北纬38°03′20″，永昌县城西南部祁连山区西大河两半个峡口大河坝处（古鸾鸟县城遗址位于大坝左端）距县城77km，水库上游集水面积788km2，水库始建于1969年6月，1974年正式竣工，2000年列入国家重点病险水库加固计划，2002年6月15日开工，2004年6月28日完成加固任务。水库的基本构造，大致分为坝后式水电站、大坝、发电洞，溢洪道这四部分，到达坝的顶面高度高为2873.00m，最大坝高37m，坝顶长294m，坝顶宽5m，副坝一道，长115m，高2m，坝顶与主坝齐。总库容6800万m3，兴利库容5430万m3，死库容300万m3，主汛期防汛库容5795万m3，汛末限制库容5795万m3。……
