高职院校汽修专业实验实训教学改革探讨

摘 要：现代社会飞速发展，人们生活水平不断提高，汽车作为代步交通工具已受到普及应用，由此形成我国汽修行业良好的发展势头，同时随之促进了高职汽修专业教学的发展需求。在高职院校，汽修作为一门实践应用性超强的学科，其实验实训教学的重要性不言而喻，这对培养学生的汽修操作能力有着积极的影响作用，更有利于培养学生良好的专业综合素养。然而，当前我国高职院校汽修专业实验实训教学仍然存在诸多问题，亟待我们有针对性的科学改善、优化解决，以此强化学生的汽修实践操作能力，提高汽修专业教学水平，满足社会对汽修技能人才的应用需求。

Discussion on Teaching Reform of Experimental Training for Auto Repair Major in Higher Vocational College

Abstract：With the rapid development of modern society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards， automobiles have been popularized as a means of transportation， which has formed a good development momentum in China's auto repair industry， and at the same time promoted the development of higher vocational auto repair professional teaching. In higher vocational colleges， auto repair is a subject with super practical application. The importance of experimental training teaching is self-evident. This has a positive effect on cultivating students' auto repair operation ability and is more conducive to cultivate students' good professional comprehensive literacy. However， there are still many problems in the experimental training teaching of auto repair major in higher vocational colleges in our country. We urgently need to make targeted scientific improvement and optimized solutions to strengthen students' auto repair practical operation ability and improve the teaching level of auto repair major so as to satisfy the society's demand for the application of talents with auto repair skills.

1 前言

在高职院校，培养专业复合型人才是其教育教学的宗旨，而就汽修专业而言，有效的实验实训教学才是培养技术技能人才的重要路径。在社会对汽修人才的迫切需求之下，当前汽修行业的发展态势良好;然而受传统单一化教学的影响，许多高职院校汽修专业教学的人才培养效率显然不足。有鉴于此，如何解决汽修人才资源与社会行业需求之间的矛盾、提升汽修人才的培养能力，是高职院校汽修专业教学所面临的一大重要课题。

2 高职院校汽修专业实验实训教学中存在的问题

2.1 汽修实验实训教学力度不够
