新形势下国企政工队伍建设研究

【摘  要】我国大大小小的企业在不断增多，在此背景下，企业面临的竞争也越来越多。即使为国有企业，在新形势下也面临着严峻的挑战。为促进国有企业的持续稳定发展，就必须做好企业的管理工作，而其中思想政治工作就是国有企业管理的重要内容。要促进国有企业思想政治工作的顺利有效开展，就必须有相应的政工队伍。在新形势下，加强国企政工队伍建设就显得十分重要和必要。

【Abstract】The number of enterprises in China is increasing， in this context， enterprises are facing more and more competition. Even the state-owned enterprises are facing severe challenges in the new situation. In order to promote the sustainable and stable development of state-owned enterprises， we must do a good job in the management of state-owned enterprises， and the ideological and political work is an important part of the management of state-owned enterprises. In order to promote the smooth and effective development of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises， we must have a corresponding political work team. Under the new situation， it is very important and necessary to strengthen the construction of political work team in state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

政工即思想政治工作，政工队伍即开展企业思想政治工作的干部队伍。思想政治工作是国企管理中尤为重要的一项工作，简单理解就是对企业职工的思想教育或思想引导。思想政治工作的目的在于通过对职工意识形态的影响，以转变职工的思想和行为，最终实现企业的政治目标和发展目标。国企思想政治工作不仅是国有企业管理的重要手段，也是党的优良传统和政治优势[1]。要想促进思想政治工作的顺利有效进行，就必须依赖于一支高水平、高素质的政工队伍。如果政工队伍的业务素质、工作能力、思想素养得不到保证，那么国企的思想政治工作水平也难以得到提高。因此，政工队伍是影响企业思想政治工作的重要因素。基于政工队伍在国有企业中的重要作用，不断提高政工队伍水平，加强政工队伍建设也显得十分重要。
