党建工作与企业管理共同推进的思考

【摘  要】随着时代的进步与社会的发展，市场竞争变得越来越激烈。如何让企业在时代发展大潮中获取优势竞争地位并立于不败之地是当前企业管理者在新时期发展背景下必须思考的问题。在企业发展的过程中，推进企业党建工作和企业管理工作，实现二者共同发展，是企业实现可持续发展的必经之路。就企业内部党建工作人员而言，只有不断加强自身管理工作意识培养、提高专业素养及增强知识储备，才能更好地在新时期发展背景下推进企业党建工作，保证企业管理工作水平全面提高。

【Abstract】With the progress of the times and the development of society， the market competition becomes more and more fierce. How to make the enterprise obtain an advantageous competitive position and remain invincible in the development tide of the times is a problem that the enterprise managers must consider under the background of the development of new era. In the process of enterprise development， promoting enterprise Party building work and enterprise management work， and realizing the joint development of the two， is the only way for the enterprise to achieve sustainable development. As far as the Party building workers in the enterprise are concerned， only by continuously strengthening the cultivation of their own management work consciousness， improving their professional quality and enhancing their knowledge reserves， can they better promote the Party building work in the enterprise under the background of the development of new era and ensure the comprehensive improvement of enterprise management work.

1 引言

随着我国经济的快速进步与发展，企业的发展也面临着诸多机遇和挑战。如何在复杂激烈的市场竞争环境下立于不败之地是企业管理者需要重点思考的问题。传统的管理工作模式及管理理念已经不能满足当前日新月异的时代要求，党建工作引领企业发展已成为企业高质量发展的内在引擎和红色动力。因此，推进企业的党建工作和企业管理工作相互融合，实现共同发展，是企业得到可持续发展的必由之路。

2 党建工作对企业管理工作的重要性

在当前的企业管理工作中，党建工作的重要性变得越来越突出，党建工作是企业管理工作的软实力，能够在企业员工管理工作中发挥非常大的作用。对于企业管理来讲，如果说制度是必须执行的硬规定，那么思想政治工作就是陶冶员工情操及强化员工心理素质的主要工具，能够真正改变并塑造员工的人生观和价值观，大幅度增加员工在日常工作过程中的战斗力和凝聚力，让他们始终对工作充满热情和责任感。……
