摘 要:近几年来,随着科学技术的逐渐发展以及绿色环保理念的深入人心,我国出台了大量的政策来支持新能源汽车产业的发展,不仅为相关节能技术的研究提供了多元化通道,同时也为职业院校建设新能源汽车技术专业提供了平台,进而为整个行业的可持续化发展奠定了坚实的人才基础。但是由于该专业或课程的发展起步较晚,因此在校企合作进程当中深度不足,而且课程体系的建设不科学,或多或少影响了人才的培养效率,需要高职院校能够加以重视,深化校企合作的同时,出具更完善的课程理论体系和实践平台,为培养出高素质的新能源汽车产业人才奠定坚实的基础。本文主要基于校企合作下,谈谈新能源汽车技术课程教学改革的策略。

Research on the Teaching Reform Strategy of New Energy Vehicle Technology Course Based on School-enterprise Cooperation

Abstract:In recent years, with the gradual development of science and technology and the popularization of the concept of green environmental protection, China has issued a large number of policies to support the development of the new energy automobile industry, which not only provides diversified channels for the research of related energy-saving technologies, but also provides a platform for vocational colleges to build a new energy vehicle technology major, which in turn lays a solid talent foundation for the sustainable development of the entire industry. However, due to the late start of the development of this major, there is insufficient depth in the school-enterprise cooperation process, and the construction of the curriculum system is unscientific, which more or less affects the efficiency of talent training, and requires higher vocational colleges to pay attention. While deepening school-enterprise cooperation, a more complete curriculum theory system and practical platform are issued to lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents in the new energy automobile industry. This article is mainly based on school-enterprise cooperation, and discusses the strategy of teaching reform of new energy vehicle technology courses.

1 前言
近年來,随着新能源汽车行业的逐渐发展,国家大力提倡开展节能技术的研究工作,并侧重于引导高校和高职院校来对相关的高端人才加以培养和引进。这样一来,不仅推动了行业的进步,同时也为青年人的就业提供了保障。但是由于高职院校新能源汽车技术课程的发展历史相对较短,因此无论是课程体系的建设还是校企之间的融合进步,都存在一定的缺陷,需要学校和企业之间加强联动,为人才的培养提供保障机制和实践化平台。
2 新能源汽车技术专业和课程的基本概述
