汽车发动机润滑系统保养及维修技巧分析

摘 要：润滑系统最为重要的作用就是让发动机能够保持正常的工作，如果润滑系统出现了问题，那么将会大大加剧机械部门相互之间所出现的磨损，更为严重的在于还会导致发动机出现故障，不能够正常保持运转。如果使用了质量较差的机油、没有按照规定更换机油等都会引起润滑系统出现故障，基于此，本文就针对汽车发动机润滑系统保养及维修技巧进行研究，希望通过文章的研究能够为其他检修人员提供一定参考。

Analysis of Maintenance and Repair Skills of Automobile Engine Lubrication System

Abstract：The most important function of the lubrication system is to keep the engine working normally. If there is a problem with the lubrication system， it will greatly aggravate the wear between the mechanical departments， and more seriously， it will also cause the engine to malfunction， and cant keep running normally. If poor quality engine oil is used， the engine oil is not replaced in accordance with the regulations， etc.， it will cause the lubrication system to malfunction. Based on this， this article will study the maintenance and repair skills of the automobile engine lubrication system， and hope that the research of the article can provide other maintenance personnel certain reference.

1 前言

在发动机中，润滑系统是其保持正常工作的重要系统，如果润滑系统出现了故障，那么则会对发动机的运行造成影响。所以，对于广大车主来说应当在此方面上给予重视，在日常汽车使用过程中应当加强对发动机润滑系统的保养与维修。下面笔者就针对相关内容进行详细阐述，促使人们能够对汽车发动机润滑系统的故障检修、保养等方面有更加深入的了解，当润滑系统出现故障以后能够第一时间进行维修，从而降低由于润滑系统问题影响汽车的正常使用。

2 润滑系统清洗

根据日常广大车主在更换润滑油上仅仅是按照保养手册展开，而在润滑系统的清洗上却没有给予应有的重视，如此则造成润滑系中存在很多污染与杂质，曲轴箱中也会出现非常多的油泥和污垢，在此种情况下机油便会丧失其本身所具有的润滑力。对机油进行更换只能够将部分油泥和漆状物清除掉。……
