摘 要:针对现在居民出行停车难、停车效率低,一线二线城市车位资源利用效率低等问题,设计了一套“互联网+”模式下的轻停云智慧停车系统解决方案,将提供各停车单位的数据打通、实时共享、集中管控,通过大数据模型的计算,可以提高各车位的使用率,使各停车位充分利用,优化城市停车管理,完成闲时车位共享、快速停车、合理定价等功能,达到资源合理配置,停车效率提高的目的。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of difficult parking for residents, low parking efficiency, and low utilization efficiency of parking space resources in first-tier and second-tier cities, a set of light parking cloud smart parking system solutions under the "Internet +" mode has been designed, which will provide parking units Data connection, real-time sharing, centralized management and control. The calculation of big data models can increase the utilization rate of each parking space, make full use of each parking space, optimize urban parking management, and complete functions such as free parking space sharing, fast parking, and reasonable pricing, and achieve the purpose of rational allocation of resources and improvement of parking efficiency.

1 引言
隨着科学技术的不断进步,互联网行业正在蓬勃发展,“互联网+”产品应运而生。“互联网+”是一种新的经济形态,它通过互联网信息技术将互联网与传统产业联合,打造产业升级。我国汽车的保有量在2019年底已达到了2.4亿辆,并持续以每年2千万辆到3千万辆的数量增长。然而,汽车数量增长的同时,城市内各类停车场地并未进行有效整合,难以实现资源的合理配置,特别是一线二线城市的停车位急需得到更充分的利用。根据国家发改委的数据显示,中小城市约为10:5,一线二线城市小汽车与停车位的平均比例约为10:8,中国的停车位缺口已达5000万个,而海外发达国家约为10:13,差距明显。在停车场内找车位所花时间较长,排队等候时间较长,通常采用M/M/1排队系统,等待时间长。
显然,停车位短缺,停车位资源配置不合理,停车效率低,已成为当前一线二线城市发展急需解决的难题,车主对停车需求的迫切性也让智慧停车成为一个待开发的潜力市场。……
