工匠精神引领下园林技术专业“双师型”教师的培养

摘  要：工匠精神是“道德精神”引领下的从事专门技艺的德性生活过程，属于职业精神的一种。工匠精神在我国传承已久，其是在职业中体现出的一丝不苟、精益求精以及在过程中表现出的对职业的热爱和无私奉献的品质。当代工匠精神的实质即敬业精神和创新精神。当前，职业教育得到了飞速发展，建设一支优秀的“双师型”教师队伍，是促进职业教育人才培养质量进一步提高的重要环节。该文首先从敬业精神和创新精神阐述了工匠精神的内涵，接着对工匠精神结合园林技术专业“双师型”教师队伍建设进行了探讨。

Cultivation of "Double Qualified" Teachers of Landscape Technology Major under the Guidance of

Craftsman Spirit

Abstract： Craftsman spirit is a kind of professional spirit， which is a kind of professional spirit. The spirit of craftsman has long been inherited in China， it is the meticulousness and excellence in the profession and the quality of professional love and selfless dedication in the process. The essence of the spirit of the contemporary craftsman is the spirit of professionalism and innovation. To build a double-qualified teachers team that can adapt to the teaching orientation focusing on secondary vocation education， and strengthening skills and practice， is not only a key to train application-oriented talents as the society requires but also the main direction for constructing the teachers team engaged in secondary vocational education. This article first expounds the connotation of craftsmanship spirit from the spirit of dedication and innovation， and then probes into the construction of "double teachers" in landscape architecture specialty combining artisan spirit.

2015年5月，中央電视台新闻频道播放了系列节目《大国工匠》，主角都是奋斗在生产一线的杰出人才，大国工匠们在平凡的岗位上练就精深技艺，做出一件件堪称完美的作品，使传承已久的工匠精神再次进入人们的视野，焕发生机。2016年，李克强总理在政府工作报告中提到，要鼓励企业开展个性化定制、柔性化生产，培育精益求精的工匠精神[1]。在“中国制造”向“中国创造”转变的历史背景下，工匠精神实则是精益求精的创新精神、执着探索的科学精神、忘我投入的敬业精神。2017年，习近平近平总书记在十九大报告中明确指出，建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军，弘扬劳模精神和工匠精神，营造劳动光荣的社会风尚和精益求精的敬业风气[2]。……
