【摘    要】英语是一门国际语言，是初中教学过程中一个不可或缺的重要学科。不过在具体的课堂中，教师并非只向学生灌输一些简单的词汇或短语，而要指导学生背诵课文、掌握写作技巧等。分组教学在当前初中英语教学中的应用是很常见的，小组之间的合作、互动有利于创设一个积极、活跃的课堂氛围，能够促使学生迅速进入学习状态中。

——Talking about the Application of Group Cooperative Learning in Junior High School English Teaching

【Abstract】English is an international language and an indispensable subject in the teaching process of junior high school. However， in a specific classroom， the teacher does not only instill some simple vocabulary or phrases into the students， but also instructs the students to recite the text and master writing skills. The application of group teaching in current junior high school English teaching is very common. The cooperation and interaction between groups is conducive to creating an active and active classroom atmosphere and can prompt students to quickly enter the learning state.

在时代快速发展的背景下，初中英语教学模式出现了明显的变革与创新，这必然会使教师的教学模式、教学内容、教学手段等随之出现变化。传统的教学模式过于注重教师的“灌输”，导致学生被动地听讲和学习，师生及生生之间缺乏交流与互动，导致学生的学习兴趣并未得到显著的激发。对此，笔者以开展小组合作学习活动为切入点，着重探讨了小组合作学习在初中英语教学中的具体应用。

一、小组合作学习的概念及必要性

（一）概念

小组合作学习是指，让学生根据不同的分工方法、流程等，在各自的小组中一起完成任务，且通过和谐、良好的人际关系等来逐步增强学生的认知能力与情感体验。通过实施证明，这属于一个比较理想、高效的教学方法。在初中英语课堂教学中，小组合作学习有利于激发学生的学习兴趣，明显地缓解学生成绩两极分化的现象，促使学生的自主能力大大提升，进一步增强课堂教学质量。……
