我国水泥窑协同处置废物的现状与建议

【摘  要】为切实提高废弃物焚烧的效率，当前水泥窑处置废弃物的技术已经成为废弃物处理工作中的一项重要技术。废弃物处理工作要求的是危害最小化以及处理效果最大化，因此，工作人员正在利用此技术的应用优势来提高废弃物销毁工作的效率。然而，此技术的应用现状仍然存在些许问题，针对这些问题，相关人员需要不断地吸取实践工作的有效建议，从而不断地完善此技术。

【Abstract】In order to effectively improve the efficiency of waste incineration， the current technology of cement kiln waste disposal has become an important technology in the waste treatment work. The work of waste disposal requires the minimization of harm and the maximization of treatment effect， so the staff are taking advantage of this technology to improve the efficiency of waste destruction. However， there are still some problems in the application status of this technology. For these problems， the relevant personnel need to constantly absorb the effective suggestions from the practical work， so as to constantly improve the technology.

1 引言

当前水泥窑废物处理技术被广泛用于废弃物、危害物等物质的销毁工作中，虽然现阶段该工艺的各项环节较为完善，但是其中仍存在些许技术上的不足，对此，专业人员正在不断地分析该技术的问题现状，并且通过创新和研究高效技术来促进水泥窑协同处置废物技术水平的提高。

2 简述水泥窑协同处置无用物工艺技术

水泥窑协同处理废弃物技术工作环节较为全面，通过将废弃物以及危险物等需要处理的物质进行预处理，最后将处理物的状态控制在水泥窑处理的标准之内。首先，一些固体废物以及危险物需要通过准入控制工作来将其状态变为处理工作所需状态，并且通过对处理物的评估来选择最适合的处理方式，一般的处理方式分为：水泥窑焚毁处理、燃料替代处理以及原料替代处理。水泥窑处置废物的流程为：运用石灰石、锅渣以及……
