论国企党建工作与企业文化深度融合

【摘  要】国有企业对国民经济的发展有着不可替代的作用，在党的十八大之后，国有企业的改革力度进一步加大，内部组织结构与经营管理体系逐步完善。国有企业的发展要紧紧跟随党和国家的领导，贯彻落实党和国家的方针政策，将国企党建与企业文化进行深度融合，提高党员群众的政治觉悟，传承红色文化，弘扬爱国主义热情，为企业的发展注入强大生命力。论文探讨了国企党建工作与企业文化深度融合的策略，为相关工作的开展提供参考。

【Abstract】State-owned enterprises play an irreplaceable role in the development of the national economy. After the 18th CPC National Congress， the reform of state-owned enterprises is further strengthened， and the internal organizational structure and management system are gradually improved. The development of state-owned enterprises should closely follow the leadership of the Party and the state， implement the principles and policies of the Party and the state， deeply integrate the Party building of state-owned enterprises with the enterprise culture， improve the political awareness of the Party members and the masses， inherit the red culture， carry forward the patriotic enthusiasm， and inject strong vitality into the development of enterprises. This paper discusses the strategies of deep integration of Party building work and enterprise culture in state-owned enterprises， and provides a reference for the development of related work.

1 引言

市场经济的发展为国有企业的进一步转型升级指明了方向，国有企业对于我国经济的影响作用十分重要，保障国有企业的稳步发展，维护市场经济秩序，就要从经营管理和文化建设两方面入手。国有企业党建工作与企业文化的深入融合，可以实现二者的互相协调与互相促进，稳定国有企业的员工队伍，提高员工的工作积极性与责任心，激发员工的主人翁意识，将企业的发展与自身的成长紧密的联系起来，从而形成一股强大的凝聚力，为推动国有企业的蓬勃发展提供强大支持。

2 国企党建工作与企业文化深度融合中存在的问题

2.1 国企管理者的重视程度不足

国企党建工作与企业文化的融合，可以借助二者的相辅相成为企业的发展注入活力，引导企业正确的价值观念，形成良好的内部风气，保障经营管理路线的正确性，从而推动国有企业在激烈的竞争环境中坚守初心，勇于突破。……
