景观视角下的海洋牧场多产业融合发展模式浅析

摘要：为高效开发利用海洋渔业资源 ，推动海洋经济可持续发展 ， 文章依托综合型海洋牧场和景观规划设计的相关理论 ，针对鲅鱼圈润丰海洋牧场的发展状况 ， 从多产业联动、生态环境保护和综合效益提高的角度 ，提出现代化综合型海洋牧场的景观规划设计方案。研究结果表明：以修复生态环境、打造属地景观、融合周边产业和促进经济发展为原则 ， 将润丰海洋牧场划分为增养殖和科普区、滨水活动区、入口广场服务区、开放式休闲娱乐区以及私密式休闲娱乐区5个功能区 ， 以道路设计和建筑小品造景设计为辅助 ， 深入挖掘区域文化内涵和自然资源特色 ， 陆海同向发力 ， 建设以海洋渔业文化为主题以及集多重功能于一体的现代化综合型海洋牧场。

The Multi Industry Integration Development Mode of Marine RanchFrom the Perspective of Landscape

Abstract：In order to efficiently develop and utilize marine fishery resources and promote the sustainable development of marine economy， based on the relevant theories of comprehensive marineranching and landscape planning and design， this paper put forward the landscape planning anddesign scheme of modern comprehensive marine ranching from the perspective of multi industrylinkage， ecological environment protection and comprehensive benefit improvement. The resultsshowed that based on the principles of restoring the ecological environment， creating territoriallandscape， integrating surrounding industries and promoting economic development， Runfengmarine ranching was divided into 5 functional areas： breeding and popular science educating area，waterfront activity area， entrance square service area， open leisure and entertainment area andprivate leisure and entertainment area. With the assistance of road design and architectural sketchlandscape design， the regional cultural connotation and natural resource characteristics should bedeeply explored， and a modern comprehensive marine ranching should be built with the theme ofmarine fishery culture and multiple functions， by the land and sea working in the same direction.

0 引言

自20世紀80年代开始 ，世界海洋渔业产量的上升势头放缓 ，我国海洋渔业也因近海渔业资源衰退而出现水产品质量下降和传统鱼类产量锐减的现象。粗放式的捕捞生产模式难以维持我国海洋渔业的可持续发展 ， 必须走农牧为主和捕捞为辅的发展道路[1]。在该理念的指引下 ， 国内各地明显加快水产业农牧化的发展步伐。海洋牧场具有修复生境和增殖资源的作用 ， 自党的十八大提出海洋强国战略以来 ，我国以海洋牧场为载体的生态渔业模式蓬勃发展 ，社会各界对生态环境的日益关注不断提升海洋牧场产业的发展地位 ， 在保护海洋生态环境的前提下高效建设海洋牧场成为焦点。……
