培养优秀妇产科临床实习生教学探讨

摘  要：妇产科作为重要的守护女性生命健康的医学学科之一，随着医疗体制的改革越来越受到人们的重视，因此培养优秀的妇产科专业人才是非常必要的。妇产科实习教学是妇产科医学生把基础理论与临床实践联系到一起的重要阶段。但是随着患者自我保护意识的提高，许多患者不愿配合实习工作，以及医患沟通出现问题等。类似上述多种因素可能导致妇产科实习生的学习效果不太理想。因此采取合适的教学方法，调动学生的学习积极性，增强临床实习生的人文素质教育以及医患沟通能力对于妇产科教育工作者来说十分重要。

Abstract： Obstetrics and gynecology， as one of the important medical departments to protect women's life and health， has attracted more and more attention with the reform of the medical system. Therefore， it is very necessary to train outstanding professionals in obstetrics and gynecology. The practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is an important stage for medical students of obstetrics and gynecology to link basic theory with clinical practice. However， with the improvement of patients' self-protection awareness， many patients are unwilling to cooperate with the internship. Various factors similar to the above may lead to unsatisfactory learning effects of obstetrics and gynecology interns. It is very important for obstetrics and gynecology educators to adopt appropriate teaching methods and mobilize students' learning enthusiasm.

隨着社会的发展以及人们生活水平的显著提高，人们对于生活医疗水平的基本要求逐年升高，对医务工作者的要求也日益递增。临床医学是一门理论与实践结合、实践性极强的学科，临床实践能力的培养也一直是高等医学教育的重点。妇产科是临床医学四大主要学科之一，妇产科的临床实习教学是妇产科医学生教学的重要组成部分，是妇产科临床教学水平的重要体现，也是一名妇产科医学生成为妇产科医生的必不可少的阶段，因此妇产科医学生的临床实习尤为重要。而在当今现况下妇产科医学生在临床实习过程中会遇到沟通能力不足、患者不愿配合、自身学习积极性不高以及教学工作者教学模式不高效等相关问题。……
